Day 01

Arrive Delhi

Your Unforgettable India tour begins with your arrival at the Delhi International Airport. At the airport, you will be received by a Trans India Holidays representative and he will escort you to the hotel and help you with the check in formalities. The tour starts from the capital city, Delhi, a lively city, with an ideal combination of the ancient and the contemporary era. The city has two visible parts, Old Delhi which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the forts, tombs and the ancient ruins whereas the New Delhi offers high-rise buildings and stately homes on wide, tree-lined avenues.

Day 2

In Delhi

A full day sightseeing of the Old and the New Delhi starting from the largest Friday Mosque- Jama Masjid, the famous silver street of Chandni Chowk, the mighty Red Fort, the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi-Raj Ghat, the famous Hindu temple-Birla Mandir, the India Gate & Rajpath, then to the President’s House-Rashtrapati Bhawan, then to the well known 73 m high victory tower- Qutub Minar and finally to the beautifully lotus shaped temple-Bahai temple.

Day 3

Drive Delhi to Agra (220 kms/04 hrs)

After visiting the lively city, Delhi, drive to Agra the city of the Taj Mahal, the next stop on your Unforgettable India tour. Taj Mahal a great monument constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Agra is considered to be the highlight of any Golden triangle package. On your arrival in Agra, check in to your hotel and spend the evening enjoying the facilities or exploring the city of love on your own.

Day 4

Drive Agra to Jaipur (250 kms/05 hrs)

After visiting the city of the Taj Mahal, start you drive to Jaipur, the pink city the next stop on your Golden Triangle enroute stopping at Fatehpur Sikri, the ancient capital. After visiting Fatehpur Sikri continue your drive to the city that arrays a pink carpet to all its visitors. Jaipur was painted pink to welcome Prince Albert in the year 1853.
On your arrival, check into the hotel for a 2 night stay and enjoy the remaining day at leisure and explore the well planned city and its colorful markets on your own.

Day 5

In Jaipur

After the breakfast start the full day sightseeing of Jaipur that includes the beautiful Amber Fort, 11kms from the city. Amber was once the ancient capital of Jaipur. The Fort is an excellent illustration of Rajput architecture, impressively situated on a hillside facing a lake, which reflects its walkways and walls. Returning to Jaipur, visit the palaces, museums and the halls of the City Palace (still a royal residence) and the Hawa Mahal, the Palace of the Winds. Finally wind up your sightseeing by visiting the Observatory, Jantar Mantar. It was built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1728. Jantar Mantar appears to be an inquisitive collection of sculptures but in fact each construction has a detailed purpose such as measuring the positions of stars, altitudes and azimuths, and calculating eclipses.

Day 6

Drive Jaipur-Udaipur (400 kms/6½ hrs)

After visiting the beautiful pink city of Jaipur, drive to Udaipur the last destination on your Luxury North India Tour. On your arrival in Udaipur, you will be met by our representative and will be transferred to your selected hotel, and will be assisted with the check in formalities for your 2 night stay.

Day 7

In Udaipur

A half day's sightseeing tour of the Venice of the East, Udaipur. The guided sightseeing tour starts from the magnificent City Palace - towering over the lake, this is the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. The Jagdish Temple that treasures a black stone image of Lord Vishnu as Jagannath, after that visit the beautiful Saheliyon ki bari a small ornamental garden with fountains, stone elephants and a enchanting lotus pool. The afternoon is free for you to further explore the town or enjoy the facilities and services of Oberoi Udaivilas.

Day 8

Fly Udaipur to Mumbai

After visiting the beautiful city of lakes. You will be transferred to Udaipur airport for your flight to Mumbai.
Mumbai, earlier called as Bombay, is the commercial capital of India. It is also known as the "city that never sleeps". Mumbai is a perfect blend of culture, customs and lifestyle. Mumbai is India’s most cosmopolitan city, its financial powerhouse and the nerve center of India’s fashion industry and also the Hollywood of India, fondly called “Bollywood”. Mumbai is dotted with plenty of architectural landmarks from the Victorian era and the days of the Raj.
On your arrival in Mumbai you will be met by our representative and will be transferred to your chosen hotel. Later in the afternoon you are free to explore the amazing city on your own or relax and enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

Day 9

In Mumbai

A half day's sightseeing tour of Mumbai includes visits to the Prince of Wales museum- the main museum in Mumbai. The museum is constructed in the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture. The museum building is fenced by a garden of palm trees and formal flower beds, followed by a visit to the Gateway of India- a conventional arch constructed in 1927, to honor the visit of King George V and Queen Mary. Gateway of India is situated in the southernmost peninsula of the city, continue your sightseeing to the Marine Drive, one of the landmark thoroughfares of South Mumbai , it is also known as the Queen’s Necklace because of the shimmering lights that dot this road, that are visible from long distances, finally visit the Hanging garden.

Day 10

Fly Mumbai to Cochin

After visiting the commercial capital, you will be transferred to Mumbai Airport for your flight to Cochin.
On your arrival in Cochin you will be met by our representative and will be transferred to your chosen hotel. There will be some free time to enjoy the facilities of the hotel or explore the city.
Later, in the evening you will be picked up for a Kathakali Dance Show.

Day 11

In Cochin

Cochin's half day sight seeing includes visit to the Jewish Synagogue, the famous synagogue is situated near the Dutch Palace. The Jewish Synagogue was constructed in 1568 and was brilliantly decorated by Chinese tiles and Belgian chandeliers. The Synagogue has a giant scroll of the Old Testament and then continue your visit to the Cochin Harbor, the popular tourist attraction. These fishing nets are one of its kind and are found only in India. The fishing nets were popularized in Cochin Harbor by the traders from the court of the Chinese ruler Kublai Khan and finally visit the St. Francis Church, which was constructed by the Europeans in 1503. St. Francis Church is the oldest European church in India. The Portuguese trader, Vasco da Gama died in Kochi, during his third visit to Kerala. Initially, his body was buried in this church, but after a few years his remains were moved to Portugal. In spite of all this the place where he was buried has been marked out inside the church.

Drive Cochin to Kumarakom (85 kms/1.5 hrs)

After visiting one of the world’s most attractive natural ports, This morning drive to Kumarakom, the beautiful paradise of South. On your arrival you will check in to your chosen retreat and enjoy the rest of the day discovering nature's beauty at your own pace.

In Kumarakom

Day at leisure in Kumarakom – Kumarakom charms the tourist from all over the world. It offers a wide variety of flora, beautiful sightseeing, boating and fishing experiences.
Later set out to explore the Kumarakom by boat or hire a bicycle or enjoy the spectacular views of Kumarakom or relax and enjoy the facilities of the resort.

Day 14

Kumarakom to Kovalam (175 kms/3.5 hrs)

After visiting Kumarakom, continue your Unforgettable India tour and start your drive to Kovalam, one of India's internationally famous beaches, with its cozy natural bay, sapphire blue waters and a spread of green palm plantations, is like a tropical paradise.
On your arrival, you will met by our representative and will be transferred to your Kovalam hotel for a 2 night stay. The rest of the day is free so that you can relax and enjoy the sandy beaches.

Day 15

In Kovalam

A day in Kovalam to be as relaxed or as active (in the water sports department) as you like, be sure to try some local seafood specialties and perhaps have one more aryurvedic treatment.

Day 16

Kovalam to Trivandrum airport (20 kms/½ hrs) and depart Trivandrum

Have a relaxed morning in the hotel and then regular check out , after that you will be met by our representative and will be escorted to the Trivandrum Airport for your onward flight.
